Founded by brothers, built on their father's fight
De Castroverde Law Group was founded by brothers Alex and Orlando De Castroverde, carrying forward the legacy of their father, Waldo De Castroverde. Waldo was a Cuban immigrant who fought the Castro regime as a young man before becoming one of Nevada's first Spanish-speaking lawyers.
Growing up, Alex and Orlando watched their father work his way through law school, and helped out in his office, answering phones and filing documents. That experience inspired both brothers to become lawyers and eventually practice together.
Today, most of the firm's attorneys are fluent in Spanish and represent English and Spanish-speaking clients, and the firm itself was one of the first Spanish-speaking law firms in the state.
